One of LVMH House's first initiatives was the organisation of the Presidents' forums. The key objective of these forums is to bring together LVMH's most senior executives to share their views on a number of strategic issues facing the Group.

Each forum is chaired by a member of the LVMH Executive Committee or a Company President. The forum participants form the top executive pool of LVMH, responsible for the future growth of our Group.

Each forum is attended by executives from different companies, functions and regions. This mix ensures cross-fertilisation between businesses and countries and widens the Group's vision. This formula is intended to create strong networks.

LVMH House's second role is to facilitate the follow-up of the forums within the Group and each of its companies.  Indeed, LVMH managers continue cross-functional or cross-company discussions and networking on frequently-asked management questions.
